Industry and DFO say it can't happen but the scientist showed that is has happened. And note, DFO tried to stifle his work by pulling out at the last second and refusing to give him Atlantic Salmon to work with. This is unacceptable. And, yes, this means DFO is not about evidence and science, as they keep claiming.

10. PRV - First Nation Sues DFO... Yes, Again, After Winning Twice Before. Yes, for a Third Time: https://fishfarmnews.blogspot.com/2019/11/prv-first-nation-sues-dfo-yes-again.html. This is an example that while DFO says it uses science and evidence, that it refuses to use science and evidence and it also refuses to do what the court says it has to do - two times. Now in court for a third time on the same issue they have lost twice. Unacceptable.
